Returned products that look worn or damaged are not restocked for future orders. Instead, they are sent to fabric waste and recycling facilities. Some returned products in wearable condition are donated to local charities, like the Red Cross and Goodwill.
We use non-toxic, eco-friendly, water-based, vegan inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified and free of harmful chemicals, ensuring that our garments are safe for everyone - including babies! Our printing partner uses machines that generate almost zero wastewater, and use less energy than standard industry printers, allowing for a smaller carbon footprint.
As part of our commitment to ethical sourcing, we partner with trusted suppliers who are committed to ethical practices, from fair labour conditions to environmentally responsible manufacturing.
We acknowledge that guaranteeing true transparency across the entire supply chain is challenging, even when working with certified suppliers. We are continuously working to improve and make informed choices to support a more sustainable future.
We try to have inclusive sizing wherever possible! Currently, we stock items ranging in size from XS to 5XL.
This is not unusual - it’s due to a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used as part of the printing technique we use. It helps the ink bond with the fabric so that the print remains vibrant, even after multiple washes.
To get rid of this smell/colour cast, simply wash the garment! Both the residue and the smell should vanish after one wash. If you still have issues, please let us know at support@studiosambol.com.
First, check that your address is correct on your receipt. If It’s correct, we recommend that you get in touch with your local post office, or check in with your neighbours for a delivery that may have gone for a walk. We have tracking links on every order, so it’s rare that a package will be truly lost in transit. But if it’s past the estimated delivery date and you still haven’t received your order, please let us know at support@studiosambol.com.
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, it’ll be returned to the default return address. If you’d like us to re-deliver, you’ll need to cover the associated shipping cost. Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address.
To ensure we move quickly to fulfilment, we have set up systems that notify our partners immediately of submitted orders. So once an order is placed, it becomes difficult to make modifications. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make changes, but we can try—you can e-mail us (support@studiosambol.com) within 24 hours of your purchase. Please be careful and double-check that your order reflects what you’re wanting to purchase.
